The Farm & Facilities

  • Yes! When you arrive at the farm someone will greet you at your vehicle and direct you to an appropriate parking spot.

  • Yes, an upscale outhouse is available.

  • Unfortunately we are not open to drop-in visits, all of our tours and experiences must be pre booked in advance.

  • Leave your pets at home please! We want everyone who visits to have an opportunity to meet the cows, and unfortunately unfamiliar animals like dogs can spook the cows.

  • When you enter the driveway of the farm property a member of our staff will greet you and direct you to our parking area. Once you have parked you will be met and presented a waiver to sign. Then you will be directed towards the cows and you can start your fluffy cow encounter!

The Cows

  • For safety and insurance purposes, we cannot allow guests into the pens to lay with or hug the cows. Don’t worry though, they loved to be pet and brushed through the fence!

  • Absolutely! We encourage guests to take selfies and capture their experience with photos.

Please note we do not allow professional photography.

  • To ensure the health and safety of the cows, please don’t feed them snacks from home. Don’t worry, will have plenty of grain and treats from the farm for you to feed them!

  • Yes! Our cows have been meeting visitors for a few years now and are used to the attention. However, they are still animals, and can be unpredictable. Please use your discretion when attempting to touch them and be aware of their body language.

  • Depending on the season - yes! Our calves are typically 2 months old when our event season kicks off.

  • We have been posting on social media for 6 years, so not all the cows featured still live on our farm. Most of our original mama cows and our bull are still with us at the moment!

Events

  • We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your event start time. We use pre-event time to prep, so if you arrive any earlier you may be asked to leave and arrive closer to the event start time.

  • Please refer to your specific event description, as each experience is different.

In general, there are no additional costs for experiences, with the exception of gift shop items.

  • Almost all of our events are “rain or shine” events. Come dressed for the weather! Some specialty events cannot continue in inclement weather (e.g. Cows on Canvas), and in that case we would make the final call, and reschedule/refund tickets.

If you choose not to attend a “rain or shine” event due to the weather, rescheduling/refunds will not be available.

  • All events take place in our farm yard, so uneven ground is common.

  • Children are welcome on the farm! However, please refer to your specific event type before making a decision about bringing children. Some events (e.g. Highland High Tea) are more suited to older teens & adults.

  • Please reach out via email if you need to cancel your ticket. Not all tickets are eligible for refunds, please refer to our refund policy for more details.
